Groups decide out loud, then fail to track it.
Chrona Actions is the human-governed reconciliation layer between what teams say, what the people doing the work report, and what your systems of record show. Conversation goes in; coordinated, accountable work comes out.
A person authorizes every consequence.
Decisions reach the record. Planned work stays in view.
01 — The gap
Neither side is truth by itself.
Meetings, notes and informal updates carry intent and current reality. Systems of record carry the official plan, and are often incomplete or stale.
The expensive failure happens between them:
- A commitment is made but never recorded.
- A recorded action stops receiving attention.
- Someone reports progress but the formal record is not updated.
- Work stays marked on track while its actions and dependencies indicate risk.
- Small but real work is left out because it is not large enough for the formal tracker.
- A meeting spends its time rediscovering status that could have been reconciled beforehand.
Chrona Actions exists to make those discrepancies visible and resolvable before they become delivery failures.
02 — Both directions
Turning meeting notes into tasks is not sufficient.
Chrona Actions looks from evidence to the record, and from the record back to evidence.
Discussed but not recorded
Decisions, commitments, risks and changes that never reached their formal home.
Recorded but not receiving expected attention
Planned work that has gone quiet, contradicted work, stale status, missed dates, and commitments that no longer match what the team reports.
Most tools do the first direction. The second is where work actually dies, and it only works if something is watching across many meetings rather than summarising one. The durable value is the closed loop across time.
A conflict is one fact, not two: Record: on track Reported: blocked
03 — How it works
Four steps, and you are the third.
Evidence arrives
Transcripts, recaps, notes and status documents your team already produces. Chrona Actions does not record or transcribe your meetings — capture stays exactly where it is.
Chrona reconciles
It compares what was said against what your tracker holds, in both directions, and prepares each discrepancy as a proposal carrying its own evidence.
You decide
Per item, every time. Keep it, reword it, or dismiss it. Nothing is batched, and there is no setting that means trust me from now on.
It lands under your name
Confirmed changes execute in your system of record with your own delegated authority, so the change reads as though you made it — because you did.
04 — Evidence and authority
Chrona Actions does not declare truth.
A transcript can be wrong. A note can be partial. Someone can be optimistic. A system of record can be stale. Chrona Actions does not silently pick one and call it truth — it is confident about the discrepancy it observed, and humble about which source is correct.
Evidence accompanies every inference
Every finding explains what was observed, where it came from, and why it matters. You can check a recommendation without reconstructing the whole meeting.
Four states, kept apart
What the record says, what the person holding the work reported, what the evidence suggests, and whether those agree. They are allowed to disagree — the discrepancy is the point, and it is never resolved silently.
Every write is attributed to a person
Changes execute under the confirming person's own delegated authority. Nothing appears as having been done by the system.
Additive, never destructive
Chrona Actions adds and supersedes. A wrong action is corrected by a later one that is visible, not by erasing the first.
“No” sticks
A rejected suggestion does not come back unchanged. Something set aside returns on a schedule you control, not one we chose.
Chrona acts as the workstream, never as a person
Anything it sends comes transparently from Chrona for [Workstream] — so coordination survives holidays, handovers and role changes without pretending an individual sent each message.
05 — Boundaries
The boundaries are the product.
Chrona Actions is not:
- A meeting recorder or transcription product.
- A generic meeting summariser.
- A replacement for Linear, Smartsheet, Jira or Planner.
- A full project-management editor or workflow engine.
- An autonomous authority that decides what becomes organisational truth.
- A searchable warehouse of every transcript, note and document by default.
Its own record stays deliberately lightweight — what the thing is, who holds it, when it is next looked at, and what state it is in. No documents, no specifications, no discussion threads. Anything more belongs in your tool, and always will.
It drafts and proposes; people decide. That is a positioning choice as much as a safety one — it is why a regulated team can use it at all.
06 — Where it fits
It uses your stack. It does not replace it.
Sign in with your work account
Microsoft Entra ID, with a single-use email code as a fallback. Access is by invitation — an administrator adds someone before an account can exist, so there is no open sign-up to your workstream.
Your tracker stays authoritative
Linear, Smartsheet, Jira and Planner. Confirmed changes write back under your own delegated authority, limited to coordination fields — who holds the work, its status, its dates. Never the substance of a record, and never a deletion.
Credentials never reach the browser
You authorise the connection in the tracker itself, under permissions you choose. The credential is held in an encrypted store keyed to you personally, is never readable from the browser, and disconnecting deletes it.
Work too small for a ticket stays in Chrona
Every item has a home here; pointing at your tool is a property of the item, not of your company. Small coordination work that would never justify a ticket is still tracked, and can be promoted later without losing its history.
The commercial unit is one cross-functional workstream. It has to be worth it when the lead is the only active user — everyone else takes part through the smallest possible interaction, and never has to adopt another place to work.
