About us
We build for the work people have learned to put up with
Important work often depends on someone carrying the details in their head. They know what was agreed, what still needs attention, and what it will take to finish. Keeping everyone and every system caught up takes time away from the work that needs their judgment.
We started A2 Foundry because we believe AI can take on more of that burden. Our ambition is to help teams make their knowledge of how work gets finished explicit, so they can confidently decide where AI can help. We want people to have more time for the difficult problems, creative work, and progress that make their jobs satisfying.
Chrona Actions is built by A2 Foundry, based in Seattle.
How we build
Experience shapes what we pay attention to
Our team has spent decades building enterprise products and data systems, including Microsoft Teams, HoloLens, and Xbox. That experience shapes what we pay attention to: how software fits into existing work, what people need to trust it, and who stays responsible when it acts.
Start with the actual work
We build alongside the people doing the job. Their recurring meetings, existing tools, and everyday frustrations help us decide what to build and what to change. We care about whether the product is useful again next week.
Build around the person responsible
People need to understand what AI is proposing, the evidence behind it, and what will change. Today, every Chrona proposal goes through your team’s review. As we build toward AI doing more of the work, clear completion requirements and a person who remains accountable will guide that development.

Come build with us
Founding Product Engineer
We’re looking for a builder who can work directly with customers and take a problem all the way to working software. You’ll learn how the work actually happens, shape the experience, build across the stack, and improve what you ship from real use.
You should enjoy learning an unfamiliar domain and taking responsibility for whether the product works in practice. You’ll work directly with the founders and have a say in what we build next.
Interested? Tell us about something you built and what you owned. Write to contact@chronaactions.com.
